The tours will depart at 10:00 AM from the
American Title
offices at
3500 Oak Lawn Ave, Ste. 160, Dallas, TX 75219
(on the corner of Oak Lawn and Lemmon). The entrance to the covered parking is at the rear of the building on Welborn St.
Buyers Representation
Texas law prevents us from taking people on the tour who have already signed a Buyers Representative Agreement with another agent.
A Buyers Representative Agreement is an industry-wide document that is signed by you, the potential purchaser, stating that if you purchase one of the homes that our agent has shown you then you are obligated to purchase that particular property through our agent.
This document will be explained to you fully on the tour or if you wish to receive it in advance we would be glad to email it to you. All passengers will be required to sign this agreement.
